We Understand that whilst online shopping great and very convenient, it can be confusing and sometimes things don’t always look and fit the way you want them to so we offer a 30 day no question returns policy for exchange store credit or refund on any full price item excluding underwear.

The items must be:

  • Unused, unworn in new condition with no odours, stains or damage
  • Return requested within 30 days from delivery receipt
  • In the original packaging all tags attached to protect the garments
  • Not a clearance item
  • Sorry we can't accept underwear

Juicee Peach reserve the right to reject the return upon inspection if it does not meet this criteria

Credits and Exchanges

  • As we love to offer our goods at affordable pricing, we do not cover the cost of return shipping but will post exchanges at our cost
  • Once the returned goods are received and checked the store credit or requested exchange item will be sent
  • Customers will be notified by email and tracking details will be sent via Australia Post
  • Please only send the items on the returns request, other items will not be accepted

Refunds

  • Goods must meet the above returns policy criteria
  • Once inspected and accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 hours
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Faulty Items

We hope you love your products and they are fit for the purpose but sometimes a manufacturing fault will be found. If you have received a faulty item then please let us know via the returns portal, attach a photo and we will be in touch to help resolve it.

Items that are deemed faulty are major manufacturing errors that adjust the item making it not suitable for the purpose it is meant for not general wear and tear from usage

Please note returns are not accepted for clearance items
