International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post International parcel service. 

Shipping Methods

All items are sent by Australia post regular parcel post with tracking, express post with tracking, large letter with tracking or Sendie courier service with tracking so please include a valid email with your order for tracking notifications. Your item will be dispatched the same day or following day after payment has been received. Delivery times within Australia vary but are usually 1-5 days.

Express Post

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. This is the fastest method of getting your goods with most delivered the next day. Missing Orders

If your order is not received within the expected time frame, please allow 7-10 working days please contact us by email so we may track the item or lodge an inquiry with Australia Post.

Order Collection

We do not have a store front and therefore all items are sent by a postal service.

We pride ourselves on good customer service, good quality products and a fast turnaround to deliver your orders. Of course there are times when something doesn’t quite go to plan or a parcel gets lost in the mail but If you do encounter a problem, most problems are very easily fixed and we will work with you until we have resolved them.
