We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours & your order will be shipped by either the method you choose or the best possible method

Domestic Shipping

  • Parcel Post – Australia Post Parcel with Tracking
  • Express Post – Australia Post Express Parcel with Tracking

International Shipping

We ship worldwide . 

All international packages are sent using Australia Post International tracked parcel service then passed on to your local mail forwarding company. Expect a few days delay after your initial shipping confirmation to see tracking updates - especially during holidays and Black Friday sales events when Australia Post has higher than normal mail volume.

Australia Post labels do not support foreign language characters/letters. If you place your order in characters/lettering that cannot be read or corrected by us manually, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded to you in full

Upon arrival of your order you may be asked by the destination country to pay an import tax/fees for your package. This is the responsibility of the customer, Juicee Peach does not cover this and we can not waive them.

Australia Shipping Methods

All items are sent by Australia post regular parcel post with tracking, express post with tracking so please include a valid email with your order for tracking notifications. Your item will be dispatched the same day or following day after payment has been received. Delivery times within Australia vary but are usually 1-5 days.

Express Post

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. This is the fastest method of getting your goods with most delivered the next day. Missing Orders

If your order is not received within the expected time frame, please allow 7-10 working days please contact us by email so we may track the item or lodge an inquiry with Australia Post.

Order Collection

We do not have a store front and therefore all items are sent by a postal service.

We pride ourselves on good customer service, good quality products and a fast turnaround to deliver your orders. Of course there are times when something doesn’t quite go to plan or a parcel gets lost in the mail but If you do encounter a problem, most problems are very easily fixed and we will work with you until we have resolved them.
